LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that ALI SERBET has appied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Enfield for a Premises Licence to permit: Sale by retail of alcohol OFF the premises: from 08:00 to 00:00 - Monday to Sunday Situated at 212-214 Chase Side, Enfield, EN2 0QX. The public register where applications are avaiable to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting
and following the link to the Licensing Register. The application can be inspected upon request to
licensing@enfield.gov.ukwithin 28 days from the date of this notice. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in writing to the London Borough of Enfield, Licensing Team, PO Box 57 Civic Centre Silver Street Enfield EN1 3XM, or by emailing
licensing@enfield.gov.uk
giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 28/11/2019. The Council wil not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention ol crime and disorder, pubic safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person gully of an offence is liable on surmmary conviction to a fine not exceedng level five on the standard scale.
