LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of application for a Premises Licence Variation
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing authority of Gosport Borough Council for a premises licence variation under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 Details of the application are as follows: On The Waterfront limited has applied to Gosport Borough Council on 2nd October 2019 To vary the Premises Licence in respect of licensable activities at the premises: Waterfront Café, Marine Parade West, Lee-On-The-Solent, PO13 9LW Details of the application are as follows: To vary the Licence Area for the sale and Consumption of alcohol and for all other purposes of the Premises Licence to include the glass building with retractable roof erected in 2018 known as ‘The Panorama lounge’ and also the outside seating areas to the beachfront side of the Panorama lounge and the main restaurant and between the restaurant and the glass built kiosk to the west of the restaurant to include the whole site area delineated red of the plan attached to the application (as also displayed at the premises) A copy of the statutory register may be inspected during normal office hours at the address shown below. Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to: The Licensing Officer, Gosport Borough Council, Town Hall, High Street, Gosport, Hampshire , P012 1EB by no later than 28 days from the date of this notice. The closing date for representations is: 19th November 2019. ANY REPRESENTATIONS WILL BE NOTIFIED TO THE APPLICANT AND WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
