HOLMBERG Erling Louise and family wish to thank everyone for their kindness and support during this most difficult time. For all cards, letters, flowers and donations in Erling's memory. Our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff at Mountbatten Hospice, Anne Snow, and her team, and Colwell Ward at St. Mary's. Also E4 at S.G.H. for their diligent care at all times. Special thanks to Dr. Sheen and Dr. Gilles for their professionalism. To John Caunt, and Keith Newnham for sincere sentiments. To Shanklin Youth Centre for all hospitality and Yvonne, Pauline and Gill for the catering, and finally to Geoff Leather for all arrangements, and his respect and dignity at all times.
