JONES Patricia Ann After fighting hard through dementia and pneumonia Pat passed away peacefully on 1st January 2022. She loved her family and was an amazing Wife, Mother, Grandmother and a loyal friend to everyone. Professionally Pat was recognised and admired as an outstanding Teacher, a gifted piano player and a competitive tennis player. She was the organiser, the confidante, always at the heart of our family and will be sorely missed. We love you now and forever and always. Rest in peace. Holl Cariad, David a'r Teulu. XXX There will be a celebration of her life (date and venue to be confirmed).
