I met Mollie Sept 1947 when we started at Morley Grammar School, and we have stayed friends. She drove from her home in Ventnor to Ely, Cambs, to drive me to my wedding in Oakham, Rutland, what a great friend she was. I am so sad we were unable to meet for the past few years, but she will always be a friend in my heart. My deep condolences to her daughter, who she loved dearly.
