So sad to read that Joan has passed, I remember her from 2018 in St Mary’s hospital when she made friends with my mum also called Joan and their beds were next to each other in the ward, they struck up a lovely friendship over the weeks and supported each other beautifully, my mum passed in April 2019 and I often thought of their time together, to all of Joans family please accept my condolences 🙏🏻she was a very sweet lady , sleep well Joan 🙏🏻💐
