HAZELL Matthew James Passed away suddenly at home on 14th September aged 36 years. A dearly loved Son, Brother and Uncle. A Requiem mass and funeral service will be held at St Michaels Catholic Church Bembridge on Friday 18th October 10.30am followed by Burial at Springwood Woodland Cemetery.
