COOKE Ann Beloved Mum, Grandma and great-Grandma. Nurse and former Sister at Ryde and St. Mary's Hospitals. Passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, September 8th after a lengthy illness, she was surrounded by love. Ann's family would like to thank everybody for their kind wishes, and everybody who helped throughout Ann's illness, especially for the amazing care she received from everyone at the Mountbatten Hospice. A service for Ann will take place at the Crematorium on Tuesday, September 24th at 12.45pm, everyone who knew Ann would be most welcome
